All In-Person Services will be strictly on appointment basis. In this initial phase confirmation of appointments will be via email.

Applicants are asked to read the application requirements on the e-citizen portal www.ecitizen.go.ke and on
confirmation of appointment to ensure that they have duly completed application forms before coming to the Consulate. Incomplete applications will not be accepted.
Appointment Guidelines and Etiquette will be communicated on acknowledgment and receipt of the email requesting the booking.
